Information Collected by PainEDU.org
Users to the public areas of the PainEDU.org website browse anonymously. We do not collect any information that is personally identifiable such as name, address, phone number or e-mail. The information that is collected includes: time and date of your visit, the internet address of the computer, your browser and operating system, page views and length of time on that page, and previous page visited. In addition, the type of browser you have and the way you access our information (web or smart phone) may also be collected.
PainEDU.org never collects personal information without your knowledge, such as when you complete a form on the website to submit questions, comments, take a survey or request information. You will be asked to provide personal information that is necessary to answer a question, to provide the requested information or to receive a copy of our newsletter. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
The Web Site (excluding links) is controlled and operated from our secure cloud network in Fort Worth, Texas. While we have made no effort to publish the Web Site elsewhere, because the Web Site is published on the World Wide Web it is accessible in all fifty states and other countries. As each of these places has laws that may differ from those of the Inflexxion registered address state of Massachusetts, and as you and we benefit from establishing a predictable legal environment in which to publish, access and use the Web Site, by accessing or using the Web Site you agree that all matters arising from or relating to the use and operation of the Web Site will be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflicts of laws principles.
